Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using pAIr (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use pAIr on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

pAIr is an AI-powered workspace for process transformation. It helps you analyze current processes, identify opportunities, design future states, model investments and scenarios, build business cases and manage execution.

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect you.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Plans, AI Credits and limits

pAIr offers a Free plan and paid plans (currently Professional and Business). Plans differ only in the number of projects and the amount of AI Credits included; product features are the same across plans.

AI Credits measure AI-powered usage inside pAIr, such as chat, AI analysis, regeneration and recommendations. Free plan credits refill daily; paid plan credits refill each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded.

When you reach your project or AI Credit limit, AI actions or the creation of new projects may be blocked until your credits refill or you upgrade. Your existing projects remain accessible.

5. Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices may change; we will notify you before a price change applies to your subscription. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

You may cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the information, files and data you upload or create in pAIr ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to Your Content and for not uploading information you are not allowed to share, including confidential third-party data without authorization.

7. AI-generated output

pAIr uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses, recommendations and documents. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Financial figures in pAIr are calculated from the inputs you provide and are estimates, not guarantees of results.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it for business, financial, legal or operational decisions. pAIr does not provide professional legal, financial or accounting advice.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break any law or infringe others' rights; upload malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; reverse engineer the Service except where allowed by law; resell or provide the Service to third parties without our permission; use automated means to abuse AI Credits or circumvent plan limits; or use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful or deceptive content.

9. Privacy and security

We process personal data to operate the Service. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Your Content, and your projects are private to your account. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, brand and logos, belongs to pAIr and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand. Feedback you share may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will give notice first. After termination, we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pAIr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

15. General

These terms are the entire agreement between you and pAIr regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
