1. Who we are
pAIr is an AI-powered SaaS for end-to-end process transformation. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use pairprocess.com and the pAIr app.
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, profile photo, language preference); content you upload or create in your projects; usage data such as AI Credit consumption; and billing data needed to manage subscriptions. Card details are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, and are never stored by pAIr.
3. How we use data
To provide and secure the Service, run the AI features you request, manage your plan and billing, communicate with you about your account, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, database, authentication, AI processing and payments (Paddle). They process data only on our behalf to deliver the Service.
5. Data security and retention
Your projects are private to your account and protected with access controls. We keep data while your account is active and delete it within a reasonable period after account deletion, unless retention is required by law.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing, as permitted by applicable law. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
